The waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion-proof control station is a flexible control system that can provide customers with standard or specially required local control units or display units. The enclosure of the waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion-proof control box is molded from glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin or formed from stainless steel; it adopts a labyrinth seal structure, directly using fasteners, and has good waterproof and dustproof performance. The product is suitable for control circuits with AC 50HZ, voltage below 380V, DC below 440V, and current within 10A, used for starting/stopping motors, control switching, signal switching, and instrument metering display at the work site.
We provide three types of standard enclosures to suit three different control and display situations. Additionally, according to your needs, up to three ComEx enclosures can be combined together. The size of the cable entry can be M20x1.5 or M25x1.5. The material can be plastic or metal. Plastic cable entries are fixed directly by threads, requiring no tightening nut. Metal cable entries are fixed by a metal grounding plate inside the enclosure. A control station can have up to two M20 cable entries. For ease of field operation, each plastic enclosure is equipped with a position label.
