The difference between air electric heaters and compressed air electric heaters is that air electric heaters can use either duct-type electric heaters or air-duct electric heaters, while compressed air electric heaters can only use duct-type electric heaters. The connection between air electric heaters and compressed air electric heaters is that both can use duct-type electric heaters.
Compressed air is air that has been compressed by external force. Air is compressible. After being subjected to mechanical work by an air compressor, the air whose volume is reduced and pressure is increased is called compressed air. Compressed air is an important power source. Compared with other energy sources, it has the following obvious characteristics: clear and transparent, easy to transport, no special harmful properties, no fire risk, not afraid of overload, can work in many adverse environments, and air is everywhere on the ground, inexhaustible.
Air electric heaters are mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the required air temperature, up to a maximum of850°C. They have been widely used in aerospace, weaponry, chemical industry, universities, and many other scientific research and production laboratories. They are particularly suitable for automatic temperature control and high-flow high-temperature combined systems and accessory tests. Air electric heaters have a wide range of applications: they can heat any gas, producing hot air that is dry, non-conductive, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, non-polluting, safe and reliable, and the heated space heats up quickly (controllable).
Air-duct electric heaters are mainly used for heating air in air ducts. They are available in three specifications: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. A common structural feature is the use of steel plates to support the electric heating tubes to reduce vibration. The junction boxes are equipped with over-temperature control devices. In addition to over-temperature protection, an interlocking device must be installed between the fan and the heater to ensure that the heater starts only after the fan starts. A differential pressure device should be installed before and after the heater to prevent fan failure. The gas pressure heated by the duct heater should generally not exceed0.3 Kg/cm2. If the pressure exceeds this specification, please use a circulating electric heater. The maximum gas heating temperature for low-temperature heaters does not exceed160°C; for medium-temperature heaters, it does not exceed260°C; for high-temperature heaters, it does not exceed500°C.
