Reduce the pressure loss of the air electric heater itself. When the air to be heated flows through the interior of the air electric heater, pressure loss occurs. The greater the pressure loss, the higher the energy consumption of the fan. Improvements and innovations should be made to the structure of the air electric heater itself to minimize the pressure loss.

If the fan stops working due to a fault during operation, the air electric heater should be powered off immediately. It is strictly forbidden for the air electric heater to operate for a long time without forward airflow in the casing, as this may cause early damage to the heating elements.

When starting, the fan must be started first, then the power supply to the electric heating elements is turned on. When stopping, the power supply to the electric heating elements must be disconnected first, then the fan is stopped.
