1 Features, Technical Parameters
1.1 Product Features
This system has a reasonable structure, complete accessories, short installation period, simple operation, high automation, safety, reliability, and wide applicability.
It is equipped with advanced operation control and safety monitoring devices, which can accurately provide the process temperature for heat-using equipment and automatically adjust the heat load through the temperature feedback to the control system.
Using closed-loop circulation heating, it has low heat loss, significant energy-saving effects, and can meet the needs of multiple different heat-using equipment.
Low operating cost and fast return on investment.
1.2 Working Principle
For the nitrogen electric heater, the heat is generated by the electric heating elements inside the heater. The medium is heated through forced convection. The medium enters the container through the inlet, and during heating, the fluid thermodynamics principle is used to transfer the huge heat generated by the electric heater. The medium, as a heat carrier, is forced to transfer through the pump, achieving continuous heat transfer and meeting the process heating requirements.
When the medium temperature approaches the set value, the electric heater control system performs PID calculation based on the output temperature sensor signal, automatically adjusting the heater output power to make the medium temperature at the outlet meet the requirements. When the heating element overheats, the overheat protection device immediately cuts off the heating power to prevent damage and extend service life.
1.3 Main Functions
This heater system adopts intelligent fully automatic control, automatic temperature display, constant temperature protection, and over-temperature alarm. The heating temperature is controlled within ±3℃, ensuring that the device fully meets user requirements. It also has advanced multiple protections and reliable monitoring devices.
a. Conventional electrical protection, such as short circuit protection.
b. Monitors process temperature and provides alarm output.
c. The control algorithm adopts fuzzy control theory, and PID parameter tuning can be completed automatically.
d. There is an over-temperature alarm system independent of temperature control. When the internal temperature of the heater exceeds the set value, it will irreversibly shut down the electric heater and output a contact signal.
e. Multiple interlock interfaces can be provided for interlocking with other equipment (such as fans) to ensure that a certain flow of medium is flowing when the heater is operating, ensuring system safety.
2 Usage Instructions
