Explosion-proof Temperature SensorProduct Features:

Industrial flameproof platinum resistance is a temperature sensor. It is widely used in industrial automatic control systems. Through the temperature sensor, the temperature parameters of the controlled object can be converted into electrical signals, transmitted to display, recording and regulating instruments, and the system can be detected, regulated and controlled.

In chemical plants and production sites, various flammable and explosive chemical gases and vapors are often present. If ordinary platinum resistance is used, it is very unsafe and can easily cause environmental gas explosions. Therefore, in these occasions, flameproof thermocouples must be used as temperature sensors. The flameproof platinum resistance products produced by our factory are suitable for places with explosive gas hazards within the temperature group range of dIIBT4 to dIICT6.

Usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and electronic computers. Directly measure the temperature of liquids, steam and gas media, and solid surfaces within the range of 0-1300℃ in various production processes.

  Working Principle:

The structure and principle of flameproof thermal resistance and assembled thermal resistance are basically the same. The difference is that the junction box (housing) of the flameproof product adopts a special explosion-proof structure in design. The junction box is die-cast with high-strength aluminum alloy, and has sufficient internal space, wall thickness and mechanical strength. The thermal stability of the rubber ring seal meets the national explosion-proof standard. When an explosion occurs, the internal pressure will not damage the junction box, and the heat energy generated thereby cannot spread outward - causing explosion propagation.

Due to the above special explosion-proof structure, the product fully complies with the use of explosion-proof groups from dIIBT4 to dIICT6. As long as the user strictly follows the product usage rules, the product can achieve reliable explosion-proof effect.

The explosion-proof principle uses the gap flameproof principle. Components such as the junction box with sufficient strength are designed to seal all parts that may produce sparks, arcs and dangerous temperatures inside the junction box. When an explosion occurs inside the cavity, it can be extinguished and cooled through the joint gap, so that the flame and temperature after the explosion are not transmitted outside the cavity.
