I. Application

    HRY Series Sheathed Electric Heater is used for heating hydraulic oil and lubricating oil in hydraulic and lubrication systems, and can also be used to heat non-corrosive gases or liquids.

II. Features

    HRY Series Sheathed Electric Heater consists of a heating element and a sheath. The heating element uses high-temperature resistant alloy heating wire as the heat source, with high-temperature resistant ceramic as the insulating medium. The sheath is made of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe or stainless steel.

    The electric heater is connected to the oil tank body via a flange. The sheath isolates the heating element from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil from the tank; simply remove the heating element and replace it with a new one, making maintenance convenient.

    It has a large contact area with the heated oil, low surface power density, no carbon deposition, and the oil will not carbonize due to local high temperature. It has a long service life, and is safe and reliable.
