Electric Heating Tube Usage, Maintenance and Precautions
Usage, Maintenance and Precautions
1. Dimension "B" in the outline drawing must be fully immersed in oil to avoid burning the element. The heated oil should be non-corrosive.
2. For SRY3 type, the working liquid level must be below the fasteners and above the dimension line "B".
3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, use reduced voltage first, then increase to rated voltage after melting. This prevents concentrated power from reducing the element's service life.
4. If carbon deposits are found on the tube surface, they must be completely removed before reuse to avoid reduced efficiency or even burning of the element.
5. The element should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, it can be restored by drying in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or by applying low voltage to the element for several hours).
Features:
1. Most of the hot air circulates inside the box, providing high thermal efficiency and energy savings.
2. With forced ventilation, the box is equipped with an adjustable air distribution plate for uniform drying of materials. Heat sources can be steam, hot water, electricity, or far-infrared, offering wide selection.
3. Low noise and smooth operation. Automatic temperature control, easy installation and maintenance.
4. Wide application range, can dry various materials, making it a general-purpose drying equipment.
