1. Mica Electric Heating Plate

A mica electric heating plate is an electric heating element that wraps resistance heating wire around an insulating mica plate. Mica heating plates utilize the excellent insulation and high-temperature resistance of mica sheets (mica flakes), using mica sheets (flakes) as the skeleton and insulation layer, and galvanized steel or stainless steel as the supporting protective outer skin. They can be made into various shapes such as plates, sheets, cylinders, cones, tubes, and rings. The normal surface load is 2.5-3W, and they can withstand temperatures up to 500°C.

Cast aluminum and cast copper electric heating plates can be divided into die casting and sand casting according to the manufacturing process. In cases with many specifications and sizes, the sand casting process is generally used. After cooling and solidification, they are precision-machined.

Ceramic-coated electric heaters can be made into various shapes such as round rods, plates, tubes, and curved surfaces. Their appearance feels like ordinary daily-use ceramics, but they have heating wires embedded inside.
