Usage Points:
1. Before and after use, wipe the working surface clean. No water droplets, dirt, scale, or other foreign residues are allowed on it.
2. Place sample tubes or other containers on the working surface before heating to avoid bursting.
3. When the electric heating plate is in operation, it should be attended by a dedicated person. Do not touch the working surface with hands to prevent burns.
Precautions:
1. The electric heating plate should be stored in a dry place and protected from vibration during movement.
2. The electric heating plate is equipped with a three-hole socket. The "ground wire" should be grounded during use to ensure safety.
3. During prolonged use, the bottom surface may reach about 65°C. Place asbestos board or other insulating materials under the feet of the heating plate to prevent damage to other items.
4. To repair the heating element, loosen the screws on the cast iron plate and remove it. To repair the switch or wiring, open the junction box cover underneath for easy access.
