Application and Functional Features of Fluid Explosion-Proof Air Heater

Explosion-proof air heater is an internationally popular high-quality, long-life electric heating device. It is used for heating, maintaining temperature, and raising the temperature of flowing liquid and gaseous media. When the heating medium passes through the heating chamber of the electric heater under pressure, it uniformly removes the huge heat generated by the electric heating elements using the principles of fluid thermodynamics, raising the temperature of the heated medium to meet the user's process requirements.

Typical applications of fluid explosion-proof air heater:

1. Heating of chemical materials in the chemical industry, drying of certain powders under pressure, chemical processes, and spray drying.

2. Heating of hydrocarbons, including crude oil, heavy oil, fuel oil, thermal oil, lubricating oil, paraffin, etc.

3. Heating of process water, superheated steam, molten salt, nitrogen (air), water gas, and other fluids that require temperature increase.

4. Due to the advanced explosion-proof structure, the equipment can be widely used in chemical, military, petroleum, natural gas, offshore platforms, ships, mining areas, and other places requiring explosion-proof measures.

Functional features of fluid explosion-proof air heater:

1. Small size, high power: The air heater mainly uses bundled tubular electric heating elements.

2. Fast thermal response, high temperature control accuracy, and high overall thermal efficiency.

3. High heating temperature: The heater is designed with a maximum working temperature of up to 850°C.
