1. Damaged ceramic heating ring;
Solution: First, turn off the power of the ceramic heating ring, unplug the wires of the ceramic heating ring, use a multimeter to check if the ceramic heating ring is burnt out, and immediately replace the burnt one; solve the problem.
2. No strong power output;
Solution: Check the strong power used in the ceramic heating ring of the ceramic heating ring and use a multimeter to check. The usual problem is that the thermal switch trips or burns out. Reset the tripped switch by pushing it up. If it cannot be reset, replace the switch, and the problem will be solved.
3. Ceramic heating ring contactor burned
Solution: First, check if the power supply to the ceramic heating ring contactor is live and if the contacts are loose. After disconnecting the power, use a screwdriver to tighten the connections. If the problem is that the contactor is damaged, replace it. Be sure to mark each wire to avoid confusion when reconnecting.
4. No control power for the ceramic heating ring contactor.
Solution: No control power usually means the computer's I/O board has no output. There are two basic issues: one is a blown overload protection fuse, and the other is a damaged output point. If the thermal fuse is blown, replace it and the problem is solved. However, if the output point is damaged, you can use a spare output or repair the I/O board.
5. Ceramic heating coil open circuit.
Solution: Use a multimeter to check the circuit section by section, find the part where the ceramic heating coil is broken, and then replace or reconnect it.
