To ensure normal and safe production in oil fields during winter, oil field enterprises must insulate the wellheads of oil and water wells every year. Currently, a new type of silicone rubber oil drum heater is widely used.
The oil drum heater is used for heating, heat tracing, and insulation of pipelines, tanks, and other barrel-shaped equipment. It can be directly wrapped around the heated part, facilitating equipment disassembly. It is especially suitable for dissolving paraffin wax and preventing wax buildup in oil substances during winter. When the heater is suspended in air at 20 degrees Celsius intermittently, its surface temperature is 150 degrees Celsius. Depending on the application environment and the material and shape of the heated object, the temperature of the electric heater may vary. It features fast heating, uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency, and good flexibility. The oil drum heater is equipped with a sensor on the surface, which directly controls the temperature through temperature adjustment.
