Electric Heater for Asphalt (Electric Heating Thermal Oil Furnace)

Electric heater for asphalt is mainly used for asphalt heating, melting, asphalt storage tanks, asphalt concrete, and emulsified asphalt heating and insulation.

Electric heater for asphalt is usually also called electric heating thermal oil furnace. Its heating power is very high, and the pump flow rate is also large. Even if the operating pressure is relatively low, the temperature of the thermal oil can be heated to about 345°C. Its heat is generated and transmitted by the electric heating element immersed in the thermal oil. Using thermal oil as the medium and a circulation pump, the thermal oil is forced to undergo liquid phase circulation, transferring heat to one or more heat-using equipment. After being unloaded by the heat-using equipment, it returns through the circulation pump to the heater, absorbs heat again, and transfers it to the heat-using equipment. This cycle repeats, achieving continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the asphalt, and meeting the heating process requirements.
