Features
Fin Electric Heater is composed of "metal tubular electric heating elements" and finned protective sleeves and tubes. The "metal tubular electric heating element" is made of metal tube, resistance wire, and magnesium oxide powder. The finned protective sleeve is made of seamless steel pipe, metal fins, and asbestos rubber sealing gasket resistant to ≤300℃.
The electric heater is fixed to the oil tank by flange connection; sealed by gasket; the finned protective sleeve isolates the metal tubular electric heating element from the heated medium. When replacing the metal tubular electric heating element, it is not necessary to drain the oil from the tank; only the metal tubular electric heating element needs to be pulled out for replacement. It is convenient, reliable, and easy to use, maintain, and repair.
This finned tube sheath type electric heater has fins and protective sleeve as assembly parts. Changing the number of fins can change the surface load of the electric heater. Proper use can prevent oil carbonization and burning, ensuring safety, reliability, and extending the life of the medium.
