1. The water heating tube must be fully immersed in liquid during use. This component must not be used to heat gases or solids.
2. The heated liquid should not contain substances that are corrosive to the component. During use, scale or carbon deposits on the tube surface should be removed regularly, otherwise the efficiency and lifespan of the component will be affected.
3. The working voltage of the heating element must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, the ambient humidity should not be greater than 95%, and the casing should be effectively grounded.
4. The heating element of the water heating tube should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance to ground is lower than 1MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be restored by drying in an oven at about 200°C for several hours.
5. When tightening the threaded main wire of the water heating tube, do not apply excessive force to the wire connector.
