Common straight rod types of electric heating tubes are divided into single-end and double-end wiring. Their structure uses high-quality metal tubes as the shell, with high-resistance electric heating wires formed by winding arranged along the axial center of the shell. The gaps are tightly filled with insulating materials that have excellent thermal conductivity and insulation. The tube diameter can be processed with positive or negative tolerance as required. Ruigao Electric Heating recommends connecting and setting the temperature control first, then powering on the heating tube for use. Electric heating tubes for molds have the advantages of small size, high thermal efficiency, low cost, fast heating, easy installation, safety, reliability, and long life. When in use, they should be fitted as closely as possible to the mold to transfer heat more quickly. The gap is generally around 0.05mm-0.1mm. For example, if the mold hole diameter is Φ12mm, a tube diameter of Φ11.8-Φ11.9mm is suitable. 1. When temporarily not in use and stored in a warehouse, they should be kept in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, they can be dried in an oven at 150-200°C for several hours or powered on to glow red, then turned off and allowed to cool naturally to restore insulation resistance.
